How to revert dropouts?

After pandemic, a social issue that had come out with significant threat is drop out rate of students. There may be millions of reasons behind it, but result will stand on singular point, i.e. unemployment. A major portion of drop outs will become unorganized & unskilled labor. They will earn their basic needs but will not be able to raise their standard of living to a great extent. It'll be a bigger threat for future society due to price hike & population explosion, particularly in countries like India. So, a higher share of those students should be brought under servillience & pioneering.
